Enjoy a beautiful evening in support of Erin Keller’s new nonprofit, Golden Spirit Children’s Choirs, a new after-school program for children in Kansas City that focuses on social emotional, music, and poetry learning objectives. In the newly acoustically outfitted downstairs Unity Hall, formerly home to Eden Alley Cafe, featuring a lovely stage with new sound and lighting, Erin Keller will present with saxophonist Patrick Ketter a performance of the Joni Mitchell album “Mingus” alongside Angela Ward on keyboards, Adam Schlozman on guitar, Matt Leifer on drums, and Forest Stewart on electric bass. During this extraordinary musical journey, enjoy 1-2 themed craft cocktails, 2-3 glasses of wine, and curated foods and desserts prepared by Sarah Anderson. Gluten-free and vegetarian options available. The concert will close with compositions by both Erin Keller and Patrick Ketter after a brief presentation about the work and future of Golden Spirit. There will also be a Silent Auction, featuring works by local artists Peregrine Honig, Ryan Wilks, David Ford, Mike Pollock, Bull Heineken, Jenna Bauer, and Brent O’Connor and much more!

Ample free adjacent parking in a Plaza parking garage! Enter through the old Eden Alley door on the east side of the building to go directly to Unity Hall. Seating is first come first serve. Seating will open at 7:00, and the program will start at 7:30.
