This 30 minute program, followed by a 30 minute Serenity group meditation, will introduce attendees new to the practices of meditation and mindfulness to effective daily practices. This program will also suggest benefits of such practices as well as suggest additional techniques for those attendees already engaging in meditation and mindfulness.
