The Courageous Conversations Group’s mission is to speak Truth to power through conscious dialogue that will lead to greater diversity and inclusivity within and outside of the church walls. In other words, the aim is to create from the inside-out a world that works for everyone. This initiative was started in 2016 by Reverend Sandra Campbell and a small group of thoughtful, committed congregants aiming to create sacred space for people of diverse views to engage in thought-provoking, heart-opening, mind-expanding, and often uncomfortable conversations on topics that are often difficult and controversial. The group believes that only when we are courageous enough to be uncomfortable can we hope to be the change we want to see in the world. If you are one of those thoughtful, committed people, come join the conversation!

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” – Margaret Mead
