Harness the combined power of mindfulness and journaling for deeper self-understanding and healing. In each session we will explore integrating a specific mindfulness technique with practice in Expressive Writing, an evidence-based journaling process developed by James Pennebaker. No previous meditation or journaling experience required. All you need is a willingness to explore and a pen and paper.
Each class is drop-in friendly, so you can do the whole series or just one or two classes, but registration is required.
Tuesday 7/14, 7/21 and 7/28 from 7:00 - 8:15 pm. Classes will be held virtually, on Zoom.
There are three options for payment for this class; a $15 investment per class, a $20 sustaining investment per class that supports scholarships for those facing financial challenges, and no cost per class if you are facing financial difficulties.
