Whether you are an advanced practitioner, simply wanting to enrich your current understanding or are brand new to meditation, join us at Temple Buddhist Center located inside beautiful Unity Temple on the Plaza as we explore ways in which we may deepen our practice and bring more peace and happiness to our world.

9:15am - Sitting meditation
9:15am - Meditation 101. Folks who are new to meditation may attend this class then return to meditation hall at 10am.
9:45am - 12:15 Sitting & walking meditation
9:45am - 12:15 One to one consultation time (sign up)
11:15 - 12:15 - Movement meditation
12:15pm - Sitting meditation
12:40pm - Question & response or Loving Kindness Practice
12:55pm - Closing Bell, community time
Anytime during the retreat you may sign-up for a one to one discussion with one of our teachers to answer your questions about meditation, mindfulness or any other aspect of your practice.
