This new virtual monthly group will use mindfulness as a powerful tool for healing individual and collective wounds of racial injustice. We will use mindfulness meditation, mindful conversation, book study, and other contemplative practices. The emphasis will be on exploring together in a supportive community, so all participants will be invited to help co-create the format. No previous mindfulness experience necessary.
