Temple Buddhist Center invites you to join with us virtually this Sunday 9-10am for meditation and the application of core Buddhist teachings that deepen our understanding of practice and the cessation of suffering.

We'll spend time in Noble Silence followed by a Dharma talk or teaching that applies Buddhist principles in a practical way to our daily lives. The service ends with Metta or loving-kindness practice and announcements.
