Seeking ways to integrate mindfulness into each moment of our lives, we practice sitting and walking meditation in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. We follow this with mindfulness-based teachings from Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chodron and others. We invite you to practice, share and discuss the teachings in a relaxed, safe and contemplative environment. No experience necessary and all are welcome!
