If you can read this, help someone who can’t. The need is great. Right now there are over 225,000 adults and teens in the Kansas City area who read at or below a 5th grade level. They struggle to understand medical instructions, fill out job applications, and read bus schedules. At any time, dozens are waiting for a chance to learn reading and writing skills that can change their lives.
